In the capacity of a foreign associate, Prof. CHEN Zhu gave a talk on the SinoFrench 
cooperation in life sciences at the French Academy of Sciences on Feb. 28. During his 
stay in France, CHEN, CAS Vice President, also attended the Council Meeting of the 
Fondation FrancoChinoise Pour la Science et Ses Applications (FFCSA), which was 
jointly set up by the two academies four years ago.
